- Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) acquired 100% stake in Aditatva Estates Private Limited.

- The property includes approximately 50 acres of coffee plantation land in Chikmagalur, Karnataka.

- Acquisition cost: ₹37.5 Crore, paid in cash.

- Aditatva's turnover for the year ended March 31, 2025: ₹81,02,600.

- MHRIL plans to develop a new leisure resort on the land to expand its business.

- Transaction expected to be completed by July 31, 2026.
