Mahindra Holidays FY26 Update: 900+ New Keys Added 🏨, Revenue Up 7.1% 📈

- Added approximately 900 gross keys in FY26, expanding to 7 new resorts and 5 existing ones

- Total keys reached 6,228 with a land bank of ~500 acres for future development

- Standalone resort revenue grew 12% year-over-year in FY26 with occupancy at 81%

- Consolidated revenue grew 7.1% YoY to ₹3,116 crore in FY26

- Standalone EBITDA rose 21% YoY in FY26

- Consolidated EBITDA increased 4.7%

- Holiday Club Resorts reported revenue of €137.1 million with a net loss of €6.8 million

- Member base increased to 303,906 members

- 69% of new member additions in Q4 came from referrals and digital channels

- Launched 'Keystone' premium membership offering exclusive access and benefits

- Company remains debt-free on standalone basis
