• Yuv Bharat Ram and Rahil Bharat Ram, both promoters and directors of DCM Limited, will each acquire 630,000 equity shares from their father, Sumant Bharat Ram, by way of gift with no consideration.

• The total shares transferred amount to 1,260,000, representing approximately 6.74% of DCM Limited's total share capital.

• Post-transaction, Yuv Bharat Ram's shareholding will increase from 10.03% to 13.40%, and Rahil Bharat Ram's from 10.03% to 13.40%.

• Sumant Bharat Ram's holding will decrease accordingly.

• The proposed date of acquisition is April 30, 2026.
