MobiKwik Expands into Lending with RBI-Approved NBFC 🚀

- MobiKwik Group received RBI approval for its Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) license

- Approval was granted in under four months

- Launching new lending division MobiKwik Financial Services Private Limited (MFSPL) as wholly owned subsidiary

- Will enable faster product launches for both secured and unsecured credit products

- Focus on serving consumers and MSMEs in underserved geographies, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

- Will leverage existing 186 million+ customer base and strong tech infrastructure

- Expected to improve lending margins and provide access to sustainable capital through co-lending

- Part of MobiKwik's strategy to build a full-stack fintech platform with enhanced credit offerings
