• Re-appointment of Rajeev Nannapaneni as Vice Chairman & CEO with proposed annual salary up to ₹1.80 crore

• Re-appointment of P.S.R.K. Prasad as Director & Executive Vice President with proposed annual salary up to ₹1.93 crore plus special incentive up to 100% of salary

• Re-appointment of Dr. D. Linga Rao as Director & President (Tech. Affairs) with proposed annual salary up to ₹1.93 crore plus special incentive up to 100% of salary
