• Ms. Kanika Singhal (ACS: 65969) was appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective April 28, 2026.

• Ms. Singhal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with experience in compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and Listing Regulations.
