- Capital reduction scheme was previously rejected in an EGM on March 12, 2026 and is being reconsidered

- Post-reduction, paid-up capital will decrease from ₹4,70,00,000 (47,00,000 shares) to ₹23,50,000 (2,35,000 shares)

- No change in shareholder percentages and no benefits to promoters or group companies
