- Mr. Souvik Dasgupta has been redesignated and appointed as Deputy CEO of Purple Finance Limited, effective April 21, 2026. He is not classified as a Key Managerial Personnel but is part of Senior Management.

- Mr. Amit Semwal (referred to as Lalit Semwal in Annexure) has been appointed as Head - Collection, effective April 21, 2026.

- M/s. Agre Dasija Patel & Associates LLP have been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27, effective April 1, 2026.

- Mr. Souvik Dasgupta has over 25 years of experience in secured lending, cross-border payments, and FX treasury, with previous roles at ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Reliance Money.

- Mr. Amit Semwal has around 26 years of experience in broking, collections, and financial operations, with previous work at Karvy Financial Services Limited and MCS Limited.

- The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee on April 21, 2026.
