- Re-appointment of Mr. T. T. Srinivasaraghavan as Independent Director from July 3, 2026, to the conclusion of the 2029 AGM.

- Re-appointment of Mrs. Nalini Padmanabhan as Independent Director from July 3, 2026, to the conclusion of the 2030 AGM.

- Re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Vastupal Mehta as Independent Director from July 3, 2026, to July 2, 2031.
