- Sri. S Rajendran holds a Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics and has over 30 years of experience in operations.

- He is currently Deputy General Manager (Management Services) at the company.

- Appointment follows the completion of the term of the previous HIA, Sri. K Guruprasad, whose tenure ended on 31 March 2026.
