🚀 Shiva Cement’s 1.0 MTPA Grinding Unit Set for Commissioning in Odisha

- Bhushan Power & Steel (BPSL) has completed a 1.0 MTPA cement grinding unit in Sambalpur, Odisha.

- The unit is ready for commissioning on September 4, 2025, with commercial operations to follow.

- Shiva Cement’s board approved the project on July 25, 2024; shareholders gave the nod on September 19, 2024.

- A binding MOU between Shiva Cement and BPSL was signed on October 4, 2024, amended on December 11, 2024.

- Implementation agreement finalized on January 22, 2025.

- Shiva Cement holds future acquisition rights for the grinding unit.
