📈 Simplex Infrastructures Allots Shares to ICICI Bank and NARCL

• Allotted 10,00,000 equity shares to ICICI Bank at ₹294 per share (including ₹292 premium), totaling ₹29.40 crores, as part of a one-time settlement agreement dated 14th May 2025.

• Allotted 1,73,000 equity shares to NARCL at the same price, totaling ₹5.08 crores, to maintain NARCL's 15% equity holding as per the Master Restructuring Agreement dated 15th January 2025.

• The newly allotted shares will be fully paid-up and rank equally with existing shares, subject to lock-in as per SEBI regulations.
