🚀 Sindhu Trade Links Expands into Coal & Mining via Major Acquisition

• Board approved acquisition of up to 78.26% equity in Singapore-based Advent Coal Resources Pte. Ltd.

• Acquisition includes purchase of 11,300 shares (53.67%) from Indo Pacific Partners Trust (related party transaction).

• Other shareholders involved: Astraea Fund Limited (4,122 shares), RMK Investments Pte. Ltd. (395 shares), Sub Rosa Partners Pte. Ltd. (264 shares), Artham Resources Management - FZCO (264 shares), and Sharifah Azzuwati Binti Syed Mohamad (132 shares).

• Consideration will be through share swap (no cash involved), with details to be finalized in future Board meeting.

• Advent Coal Resources operates in coal resources, mining, and infrastructure with subsidiaries in Indonesia (incorporated November 10, 2011).

• Indicative completion date for the acquisition is July 15, 2026.
