- Strategic agreement signed on Nov 26, 2025, involving Speciality Restaurants, its WOS, and Esensos Services.

- Leasehold land of 0.960 acres in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa, to be developed into a food, beverages, and retail complex.

- Investor to inject ₹20,00,00,000 into WOS over the construction period.

- WOS to issue 2,38,501 equity shares at ₹838.57 per share to the Investor.

- Investor can nominate one director to WOS Board if shareholding stays below 50%.

- Promoter currently holds 100% equity in WOS.

- Project aims for a world-class development in the F&B and retail space.
