- String Metaverse Limited incorporated two new LLPs: 'STRING HAVEN REALTY LLP' and 'STRING REALTY VAULT LLP' on November 14, 2025.

- Both LLPs are SPVs for real estate activities (development, acquisition, leasing, management).

- String Metaverse holds a 99.90% stake in each LLP; Mr. Meenavalli Ganesh holds 0.10%.

- Total cash consideration for each LLP: INR 99,900.

- Transactions are at arm's length despite being related parties.

- SPVs aim to segregate assets, streamline management/financing, and reduce project risks.

- Aligns with company’s strategy to expand in real estate & allied investments.

- LLPs are newly incorporated and not yet operational.

- Expected to improve long-term asset efficiency, revenue, and portfolio value.
