🚀 Titan Company Appoints Ajoy Chawla as New Managing Director from 2026

- Mr. Ajoy Chawla appointed as Additional Director & Managing Director of Titan Company Ltd, effective 1st January 2026 for five years (subject to shareholder approval).

- He succeeds Mr. C.K. Venkataraman, who retires on 31st December 2025.

- Mr. Chawla has been with Titan since 1991, previously serving as CEO of the Jewellery Division, where he played a key role in boosting sales and profits.

- Not related to any other directors and holds no disqualifications for the role.

- Board approved the decision in a meeting held on 3rd November 2025.
